Getting to Witness the World Through Their Eyes

One of the most beautiful things about parenthood is getting to witness the world through the eyes of our children. To see the awe moving through them as they look up at the tallest trees they’ve ever seen. To watch them light up as their hand touches the soft moss or their squeal of delight as their little feet touch the creek water for the first time. These little aspects of life that many adults lose sight of in the rush of responsibility and stress of living.

Parenthood is an invitation to reconnect with the childlike wonder that lives within us. A permission slip to kick off our shoes, lay down in the grass, and sing silly songs with our toes to the sky.

At Wildhood School, we believe these early years are not something to rush through. They are something to be deeply experienced together.

We create spaces where children can explore, discover, imagine, and belong. And the adults who love them get the gift of slowing down long long enough to witness it all unfold. The muddy hands reaching. The puddle splashing discoveries. The confidence that blooms when a child feels safe to be fully themselves and knows their unique spirit is celebrated.

These early years are fleeting. We want to be there for them. Not watching from the sidelines, but kneeling beside them in the grass, sharing in the wonder, beauty, mess and magic of everything a childhood is meant to be.

We invite you to join us for our Fall 2026 season at Benevolence Orchard in Boulder, Colorado. Enrollment is now open for our mixed-age, caregiver-attended programs for children ages 0–5.

If you’re longing for a space to slow down, connect, and experience the beauty of these early years alongside your little one, we’d love to welcome you.
